June 9 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Join us for a fun-money casino at this year's networking reception where the more you interact with exhibitors, the more chances you have to win prizes. This will be a fun, engaging, and interactive evening for delegates, sponsors, and exhibitors to network.

Reception includes hot & cold hors d’oeuvres, fun money, and good times!

Twoonie Bar will be available along with free soft drinks.

Set-up: 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Casino interactive reception: 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Monday June 10, 2024

Breakfast for exhibitors: 6:30 a.m.-7:00 a.m.
Trade show open: 7:00 a.m.- 1:30 p.m.
Tear down: 1:30 p.m.
Dinner banquet & reception*: 5:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

*banquet tickets sold separately for $100 per person.
